Setting up Calendly integration
You’ll need your Calendly account set up prior to getting started. To learn how to do this, you can review the How to set up Calendly guide. Please note you will need a paid account in order to set up the Calendly and Nimble integration.
Once you are ready, navigate to your Calendly account and copy the API key. You can find this key under the integrations tab in the top right corner.
You’ll need this API key a bit later in the process, so you can copy the key or keep this browser open for later.

Note: this link will also provide you access to the Nimble app on Zapier, so if you already have a Zapier account, please use the link to add the Nimble app to your account.
Once you have your Zapier account, please click the “Make a Zap” button. Name your Zap after the step in which you’d like to trigger this Zap for. An example would be, “Phone interview”.
Now, follow the prompt “when this happens…”, then search and select the Calendly app.
Select “Invitee Created” as the trigger event and press the blue continue button.
Next you will be prompted to connect your Calendly account, click “Add a New Account” and this is where you paste in the API key.
Now click continue.
Followed by “skip test” in the top right corner.
Next, you will connect the Nimble app to your Zapier account. You can do so by choosing the Nimble app in the drop down, you may have to type the word “Nimble” into the search. Be sure you are selecting the correct app showing the Nimble logo highlighted below.
Now you will select the action, please select the default action “update application status” and then press continue.
Next you will connect your Nimble account, please “add a new account” and login with your Nimble credentials. Once you are done, please press continue.
Now, for the last section you will need to add the details by clicking the plus sign on the right hand side of each field. Please add the following information in the “Customize application status” section.
Please confirm the fields match the image below and then press continue.
Once you’ve pressed continue, you will see another confirmation page, you can click “skip test” again.
Finally you can click “turn Zap on” to enable this automated workflow in your Nimble account.
