Setting up Calendly

To use Nimble with your free Calendly account, create your calendly account, set up your interview slots, and share your scheduling link with candidates via Nimble email templates. 

 

Visit https://calendly.com/, sign up and follow the steps to set up a free Calendly account.

 

Calendly will prompt you to connect to your calendar. Connect your work calendar:



Set up one or more event types for interviews by clicking the “new event type” button:


Copy the link for your preferred interview calendar by clicking “copy link”  at the bottom of the event card:


To add your Calendly URL to Nimble email templates, navigate to the settings page:


Click “+New Email Template” or edit an existing template:


Paste Calendly URL into template and save:


Now when candidates receive this email, they will be able to schedule time with you directly via Calendly. These interviews will automatically be added to your calendar.
